Hey guys im doing a bit better since my last post, but things are still bad. Everytime I build my life up it just falls apart again. Im lucky to have such a loving girlfriend beside me. You know who you are babe, I love you. 

I feel extremely sad. I remembered my ex and how happy she is. Without me. How she could break me then leave. How many tears I held in. How many times i thought suicide but remembered who was important to me. I cant remember the feelings I once had. In trying to heal. With my current girlfriend that I love. But i know all good things come to an end. I know that eventually shes gonna leave me too. 

Thank you my lovely followers for helping me with my problems. I want you to know you are not alone we may be going through different things with different problems in different places but I am here for you. And to the amazing people who help me with my problems you know who you are. And to the people who need help you know where I am. It doesn't matter what kind of person you are or what you have done I am always open to listening and helping to the best of my abilities. Have the most wonderful day you can have remember to eat 3 meals a day and brush your teeth. Minime out.
