I must admit that Wattpad is a bit confusing to me too and as for the Sanditon fandom I think many more have found their way to AO3 and leave comments there. I get a few comments here and there on Wattpad too but nothing close to AO3. I think tagging, covers and a good description of your story increases the number of readers but you already have those.
