Hey guys, I’m not fully active on here, but I might be posting the rest of the first draft of THE MIDNIGHT JASMINE throughout the upcoming months. I’m currently pursuing traditional publishing, but I have missed writing purely for fun. If you do stick around and the book strikes your fancy, I hope you enjoy it.

As it turns out, Wattpad glitched and wouldn’t save my updates correctly. I’ve had to take it down and put it back up, but there’s a new chapter for Jasmine! Chapter 8! So sorry for the inconvenience of spam notifications! 

SO sorry if you were spammed with my updates. I edited large parts of A Jasmine at Midnight (and will be making little edits soon) so that I may join in with the Watty fun whilst drafting Project Nightshade (ASR version 2). 
          
          I can’t say AJAM will be updated on a set schedule, as I’m still working on draft 2 of ASR, but I will try my hardest to update regularly.

@Chef_Adler  I can confirm Abby and luc are still  in the book. The only reason I wanted to write this version was for them. Lamees and Alexandre are gone (though we’ll see) and victor is still here. Abilene has had a name and career change, and kid is still 100%  himself  he wouldn’t let me change anything. There are new characters too! With way more diversity’s Also, any of the characters could be killed during the course of the book ‍♀️♥️♥️♥️

          It’s been quite a while since I’ve been active on here, and I’m so sorry for disappearing on you.
          
          Exams and university work have been brutal the past month or so, so I apologise for the lack of updates.
          
          I am still alive and kicking. I’ll be going on my short semester break on the 18th of February, so you can expect more updates from me soon (and to all the writers whose books I have promised to read, you can expect me to get to it around that time too!). 
          
          Until then, here’s the description/blurb for the newly revised ASR! Now, it’s still interchangeable and a lot of the plot may change by the time I start posting. However, considering Wattpad readers are essentially beta readers, you get exclusive looks at book in their rough first drafts! And that’s the beauty of Wattpad, after all, isn’t it?

          It’s not New Year for me just yet, but HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone who’s in the future!

          Through reflection of 2018, I’ve realized what an incredible year it has been. I’ve gone through my ups and downs. I started the New Year with very little hope and my life was a bit topsy turvy, but through taking Wattpad seriously, as a writing platform and not just a reading one, I have not only achieved one of my dreams to complete an entire 95k novel (my initial goal was 70k and I didn’t even know I could do it!!) but also made some incredible 
          friends I will cherish forever, even if we part ways someday. I am so proud of each and every one of you and all that you’ve achieved this year. It has been quite the journey, and I can’t believe how far we’ve come.
          
          I started the year not knowing if I’ll ever write a book or take writing seriously or even write at all. I was one of those people who started books but never finished them. This year I proved myself wrong. Through perseverance, I managed to finish the book and heal my mind (I know so sappy and cliché, but I really wasn’t in the best frame of mind at the start of the year ).
          
          This year has definitely been life changing for me. I’ll never forget it. It has taught me so much and built me a place in a community and among a friendship group I’ll always hold near and dear to my heart. 
          
          You guys have made my life that much fuller. I’m so grateful for everyone who took the time to read, vote, and comment on my stories. I’ll never take your support for granted. Ever.

Hey guys! Chapter one of my novella is up!
          
          This is a spin off novella of the novel A Scarlet Rose. It can be read as a stand-alone without any prior reading of the first book, but there will be references to it. 
          
          The first book will be going under a complete rewrite and won't resemble its former self at all, so there's no worries about spoilers with this one! 
          
          The synopsis will be coming in a wee bit. I was just very impatient and wanted to share this before the description haha. But no worries! It’ll be up soon.

Hey there!
          
          I don’t normally do these messages, but here’s a quick note. I know I’ve been offline and not updating for a while now. The reason for this is that I’m working on a special little project for anyone who has read A Scarlet Rose. It’ll be posted on the 31st or December and I’ll be updating everyday from then on. Apart from that, the revised chapters will start to go up  by 2019 as well. 
          
          A Jasmine at Midnight’s schedule is on hold for the time being, but I will be posting a chapter sporadically.
          
          I hope you understand. So many exciting things coming!
