Salinger and his ageless creation "Catcher in the rye" though based from the book I already fall in the cliff no one catches me. So I am leaving you this saying "Prevention is better than cure" cause not all of the times that someone can cure you. Sometimes you have to be all by yourself nothing less nothing more. Sans everything but yourself no love, no world but a pile of sadness. So don't let yourself fall, there's no one you can cling onto that will last a long time.
