Honestly, and I'm not trying to force you either way, the whole zeitgeist of "Lincoln as tortured abused middle child" has kind of passed the heyday in the fandom (especially now with "No Time to Spy" coming out reinforcing he's certainly no loser to the family). Not to mention that the most recent chapter (the update telling people to fuck off about Lucy) didn't particularly age well in retrospect because those same guys who were pestering you about it weren't just random nobodies defending Lucy but actually went the whole nine yards and got literally a response from the creator of the show himself agreeing with their assertation, as well as a popular petition going to Nickelodeon itself to make it canon to the main show, and it just happened that came about literally right after you blocked them and shut it down: https://www.change.org/p/canonize-the-lucy-loud-nsl-retcon

            My point overall being that while you're not wrong to write a fanfic about it and express your thoughts and feelings, I can completely get why it's taking so long and why a lot of fanfic writers have cooled off over the years  and don't feel the same zeal.  Pretty much any way you look at it, people are either moving on, wrote what they wanted to write about it, accepted that Nickelodeon's never going to follow up on it (or nowadays accept that if there is a follow up, it's going to solely be about formally absolving Lucy and probably much no one else), or told an NSLsploitation story in some new novel way rather than the usual.
            
            In regards to your story specifically, I say take your time. If it's not coming to you, work on other stories instead of trying to force something out.

@ Nezhasimp15  Pharmacist said it's probably just temporary since I stopped bleeding after a few seconds. But if I'm not better, I'll get that checked..
