Hey guys, thought Id make the official announcement for this now that everything is set up.
My old user name was AwkwardWritingPotato for any of you were didn't notice the change. Decided to make change it to NaraBea06 due to my not really going about AWP anymore.
Anyway, I deleted a lot, if not most of my books. I wasn't proud of most of them, and hated looking back the old things I used to say and post. While there were some good memories with those books, a lot of them just make me cringe.
I will be trying to post more here, especially with creepypasta and MCFNAFverse now that I'm starting to become active in both fandoms.
On the topic of fandoms, I left a couple, mainly the Dream SMP fandom. The series has been over for a bit, and honestly, I haven't been interested in it or the CCs in a bit. I'll still read content for it probably but I wont be posting any.
Anyway, I have changed a lot since I first made this account, so I thought it was about time the account finally changed too.
I hope you guys understand my decisions.

Me trying to read a creepypasta fic:

Me: Oh hey, it's Toby.
The fic for no reason: He keeps twitching ever five seconds, and he keeps jerking violently. His necks cracks every time he talks, and he keeps stuttering every other word, even in his thoughts somehow. Oh also sure, he's talking now but like look at his tics! Nobody is even listening to what he's saying bc by the way, he has Tourettes! Anyway, Toby has Tourettes, and that's his only defining trait and-
Me, closing fic: And enough of that.

Stop. Dehumanizing. People and Characters with Tics or Tourettes.
It's very annoying and can be very ablest at times, especially when it shows you have not researched anything about the disorder.
Disabled people are not just their disability, they are people. And purposely writing Toby as just a guy with tics, who stutters all the time is dehumanizing, and shows you shouldn't write disabled characters.
You do not need to write out stutters. You do not need to write down every time a character has a tic. You do not need to write explicitly dehumanizing things about a character with tics, and then turn around and pretend you aren't being ablest.
Research your shit.

@NaraBea06 THIS. I JUST. SOB EVERY SINGLE TIME. I SEE THAAAT- I add it sometimes because SOMETIMES i stutter, but I mostly try to make Toby speak as everyone else does! Tics are random, and aren't one after the other and the other ect ect Sobbing

@NaraBea06 OML THIS IS TOO ACCURATE, because I’ve seen so many fan fic’s making Toby always stutter when trying to speak, or he would crack his neck. I am not a person who has as Tourette syndrome, however, it is very misleading for people to portray Toby’s disorder his whole personality and just say; “Yeah guys this is how Toby is!!’” Toby’s disorder is only a part of his character, not his WHOLE entire character.
