Hi!!! This is a joint account and we are both high-schoolers who love to play soccer, read and write. 

We decided to create this account together where people can come together to talk about their anxiety, depression, or anything that is bothering you.  We will also have an email on there where you can reach out to us and one of us will be there to reply and offer you advice if you want. You can also just message us through this account. Sometimes it is hard to reach out to others or talk to people around you. We won't disclose any information to other people. We know it is hard trust, but we opened up to each other and are so close now.  We know that this isn't always the case, but hopefully this is a chance where you can learn more about everything going on with teens and become friends with others going through something similar. We will post chapters about the information regarding this topic. Also, you guys are welcome to suggest topics that you want us to talk about.
