Neal Doran

Hello there!

I'm Neal -- pleased to meet you. I'm originally from England, but now live in West Cork in Ireland with my wife and two sons. 

Occupied is my work-in-progress second novel, I hope to publish some chapters up here as I go along. It's a 1st draft, and getting draftier the more I add, so if there's anything you like or don't like, do yell! It's about a young couple expecting a baby who are coming to terms with what it means when their own parents become embroiled in a sex scandal. I think (hope) it's going to be pretty funny.

I'm really excited to say that my first novel, Dan Taylor Is Giving Up On Women, is going to be published in September by Harlequin's Carina UK imprint! The novel was a Featured Story here for a while, and support from Wattpad and Wattpadders was crucial in it getting picked up for publication, so I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who read it or left votes and comments. It works!
