But if you have a gaming shop in your area, you might check into whether they have gaming events where you and your friends could have a chance to sit in with some more experienced players. Even if you're just observing, it might help you with any rules or other things that you may not be clear on. From my experience, most gamers are glad to be helpful, because attracting new people into the game will keep it going, and can help get rid of some of the negative ideas people have.
