Read book, read fanfiction or write fanfiction? Life's choices are hard

The plan is this:
          I only start writing a chapter of one story when I've updated the other, so I'm going to start working on a chapter of Star Girl soon(ish) because I've just updated Jungle Life. This should give me relatively regular updates, but  please be patient because I'm the world's biggest procrastinator. :)

Should I write my book on here, chapter by chapter, write a big chunk on Word and post it bit by bit or not post it at all? Thoughts?
