WEEKLY UPDATE AUGUST 22-28

So sorry I haven't been keeping up on these. Sorry. :/ Anyways, the 17th was my birthday and "The Weddings" was supposed to be posted that day. It wasn't, but oh well.

20-23 I'll be gone, so no updates.

I hope to have updated "The Weddings" with a Diamondgreen wedding by Saturday. After "The Weddings" is updated, I'll be working on a new story for Echogreen.

Also, a note to the school year, it's my junior year, so I might be innactive on Wattpad as I'm taking college courses and I CAN'T fail those. It might happen, it might not.

Weekly shoutout goes to @SkrillQueen for being awesome and the first person to read "The Weddings" and vote and comment.

Oh, say can you see by the dawn’s early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight’s last gleaming?
Whose broad stripes and bright stars thru the perilous fight,
O’er the ramparts we watched were so gallantly streaming?
And the rocket’s red glare, the bombs bursting in air,
Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there.
Oh, say does that star-spangled banner yet wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave?

On the shore, dimly seen through the mists of the deep,
Where the foe’s haughty host in dread silence reposes,
What is that which the breeze, o’er the towering steep,
As it fitfully blows, half conceals, half discloses?
Now it catches the gleam of the morning’s first beam,
In full glory reflected now shines in the stream:
‘Tis the star-spangled banner! Oh long may it wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

And where is that band who so vauntingly swore
That the havoc of war and the battle’s confusion,
A home and a country should leave us no more!
Their blood has washed out their foul footsteps’ pollution.
No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave:
And the star-spangled banner in triumph doth wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

Oh! thus be it ever, when freemen shall stand
Between their loved home and the war’s desolation!
Blest with victory and peace, may the heav’n rescued land
Praise the Power that hath made and preserved us a nation.
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto: “In God is our trust.”
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave!

WEEKLY UPDATE FOR THE 1-7 MAY WEEK

          Coucou! :P

Okay, I only missed one weekly update. I'm getting better. Anyways, this week, jiu jitsu is taking over my life, so there's a 90% chance I'm not going to update. I have a big bjj tournament on Saturday and have to go to the bjj adult classes today and on Thursday. Yeeeup. I'm apprehensive about it, but we're working on courage, so I MUST HAVE IT.

I did a poll on GooglePlus and so far 91% of people want me to start doing more original stories, so I'm going to be working on that - but fanfictions are my first priority!

The book I most recently finished was "How to Fight a Dragon's Fury" by Cressida Cowell. It was really good. You all should read it, I'm serious. It was astounding and I read it so fast, it turned into a blur. :P XD

          Weekly shoutout goes to @JaneApricity

          Au revoir!

WEEKLY UPDATE FOR THE 17-23 APRIL WEEK

          Salut! :P

I haven't been doing this as much as I should, aaaaah! Sorry! School is taking up my time. Also Grace and Nick from the Good Witch is my new OTP.

Attention is turning to "Trouble and Marriage" and "Banished to December 31, 1969".

A couple updates on my books!
          - I renamed BtD311969 to Banished. The full name is, of course, Banished to December 31, 1969.
          - I'm renaming "Trouble and Marriage" to "The Trouble".

The book I most recently finished was Reapers by Bryan Davis. It was really good. You all should read it, I'm serious. I'm probably going to start writing a Reapers fanfiction. Maybe the first out there! XD

Hm. Oh, I've decided that the Diamondgreen wedding will be published on my birthday, so that's in 4 months. EXACTLY.

WEEKLY UPDATE FOR THE 21-27 MARCH WEEK

          Salut, mon copains!

Saturday there was a karate tournament, but I didn't get to go and I felt bad. Not because of selfish reasons, but because it was one of my friend's first tournament. I hope she did well!

Anyways, I am turning some of my attention to my newest RotG fanfic (Banished to December 31, 1969) so I'll be updating that, hopefully. I feel badly that I haven't written on here in awhile. I've mostly been writing my own novel that will not be posted on here. I'll try and update BtD311969 this week, but no promises.

I haven't been reading anything on Wattpad because (1) school (2) I don't have any time. So yeah ... I suppose I'll read some NaLu fanfictions later today.

The book I most recently finished was Alex Rider: Stormbreaker by Anthony Horowitz. He's a proffessional screenwriter and that's AMAZING. This book was really good - I liked how "adultish" it was. An adult could read it, a ten year old could read it, a fifteen year old could read it, and no one would blame them for reading it! Anyways, in the first book of his Alex Rider series, Alex is tossed into a tumultuous world of secret agents and spies when his uncle dies. He needs to find out who killed him and how to bring the person to justice ... mainly because if he doesn't, he gets sent to an orphanage.

          Shoutouts always appreciated!

          Until next time!
