What would happen if someone had the ability to transmigrate to all anime worlds at will?

At the center of this strange space, something caught her eye-a small cube, floating in midair, slowly rotating like a miniature globe.

Intrigued, she stepped closer, her curiosity pulling her forward. She placed both hands over the cube, hovering just above its surface. For a moment, nothing happened. Then, the box began to glow softly, its light growing brighter and brighter until it filled the entire space.
