Hello my lovelies, I want to apologize and give a quick explanation as to why I haven't completed "Redo" as I previously promised. I'm currently in the process of editing a manuscript for publication. I've been learning a lot during this endeavor, and it's been very enlightening but also time-consuming. I've been made aware of my head-hopping.
If you're a new writer and you don't know what head-hopping is, it's when you switch perspectives between characters, without warning, without proper transitioning, or without chapter/scene breaks. It can be confusing for readers, but as the author, you might not even realize that you're doing it. Some authors are proficient in head-hopping and use it masterfully, while others haven't gotten to that level yet.
I'm definitely not a master head-hopper. I've been reading articles specifically on 3rd person POV, 3rd person omniscient, etc. I've been learning from my mistakes and am currently implementing the necessary changes to make my works more immersive and real to you, my readers. I am going to take a brief hiatus from completing my current stories until I can finish the manuscript, and also correct any pov errors I've made in my current works. But it will take time.

And please forgive my absence, but I'm hoping that the new baby writers out there can learn a lesson it has taken me 17 very long years to learn in an effort to find my writing voice, improve and perfect my writing style, and get published.
