Advice?

--Make sure whatever touches your readers' eyes, touches their hearts too!

--I often say that we authors control our readers' feelings like God controls the weather. Use it to your advantage!

--Controversy can be GOOD! Stir the melting pot and go against the grain a few times! Get out of the norm and take a risk with your words! Provoke opinions!

--Writer's block will eventually come. Don't panic! Just because you feel blocked doesn't mean your writing career is over. Take a break, regroup, and begin to observe the world around you for what it is today. Allow your observations to inspire you. Begin to free-write about anything that comes to mind. You may get writer's block as an author and that's okay! Just as long as writer's block doesn't have you. 

The worst thing an author can do is limit their own creativity because of ignorance. Creativity should NEVER be limited. Create worlds. Create lives. Create masterpieces. - Nina
