Nyssa Verde

Like many before me, I am a legend in my own mind...and it is from the vault of experience that I spin my tales of modern fantasy.   I am grateful for the company of  fellow travellers... or kindred spirits.  Walk with me and we can barter  story for story as we pass the time...      The Vault of Experience is the trove of stories gained from a life lived fully, of chances taken and justice sought, of tireless hours with book in hand and more that has beaded sweat upon my brow.  I have walked the paths of scholar, and warrior, mother and friend, leader and led.

    My penname honors the mischief-makers of Norse folklore.  My writing is spiced with mischief and tries to laugh when life is too serious... " Verde" to remind myself that life should be colorful and a little foreign on occasion. Please read "The trouble with Nyssa" if you wish to know more about Nissa.
