Is there no 2021 contest?

Applications are now open! We’re so sorry for the delay, we were having some issues scheduling things virtually and there was a bit of a mix up over who was supposed to be publishing the applications chapter, so we weren’t aware that it wasn’t published. Thank you all for your patience, and we can’t wait to view your entries!

4 more days until applications open! Remember that applications are open until mid-to-late June, so you definitely still have time!
          
          These awards can’t happen without enough participants, though, and we’re hoping to not have to cut as many genres as we did last year due to lack of submissions.
          
          We don’t want to be the kind of people to hold a tag fest, so please just spread the word to your friends!

Applications open next Friday! (May 1st, 2020) 
          
          Get your entries ready, and make sure to encourage your friends to apply, too! After all, we can’t have an awards competition without enough entries!
          
          - Remember that all normal entries must be COMPLETED OR OVER 10,000 WORDS
          - Short stories must be COMPLETED
          - Poetry books must be OVER 500 WORDS

Did you know? Even if you’ve already been a semi-finalist, finalist, runner-up, or winner, you can still enter next year! You can’t enter the same book, but you’ll still be fairly judged with the rest of the submissions!
