Bro I was having a convo with my mom and we somehow got to this topic, but basically, I was like “I don’t even eat that much anymore” and she was like “yes you do, if you didn’t you would be skinny like your sister.”
          
          And that right there is the problem. She didn’t mean it in a malicious way but like…. She didn’t have to point it out. My older sister isn’t even skinny. She has a perfectly healthy body. And my family keeps pointing out how I’ve gained weight and how she’s lost weigh.
