Oliver Pratt was born in the early eighties, and grew up wearing colorful lycra turtlenecks - 'til the day grunge (it's music) saved him from life as a virgin.

Like many, Oliver was bullied in high school, so, like many, he started drinking, doing drugs and vandalizing innocent mailboxes.

Luckily for mailboxes, he eventually made some friends. With them, he kept drinking but found less violent hobbies (jigsaw puzzles, going to the zoo, or taxidermy). 

Oliver Pratt always liked to write. At first, he wrote in French. Later, he still wrote in French, but better. Now, he's giving it a shot in another language, because he has always liked challenges (once, he stopped eating baguettes for a whole week). Of course, to avoid being cast out of France and becoming the disgrace of his family, he changed his name to embrace fame abroad.

Waiting for the rest of the world to get the memo, Oliver Pratt is writing about pirates (because pirates are cool and because his previous story about a kid finding out he was a wizard was stolen before he even started it). He also dares review and beta-read other foolish-writer-wanabees' work and crush their hope with stone cold arguments.

Oliver Pratt is part of the OMP Fantasy Anthology (available on Amazon), with his short story called The Sentinel. This story follows the Knight in his quest of the Gate (the title will make sense when you read the story).

Most of his work in English is available on Wattpad where (as an old male) he struggles to promote Stranded, a novel about a nasty bunch of swearing pirates trying, among other things, to break their Captain out of jail and flee Puerto Seguro, a town turned into a bloodbath (but in a funny way).
