I wrote and self-published a novel on women in Wales and the 1984/85 miners' strike called The Gritties. This has been made into a film in Welsh by S4C to be shown in March 2015.
My day job is as a web editor and business psychologist for the fyinetwork, and have written lots of non-fiction books including the best-selling, Times serialized title, Irresistibility.
Am now converting some of these books into videos and e learning courses.
