Maybe I’m just bad at taking care of myself when my mom’s not around… she was having her gallbladder taken out (which was successful so I’m so relieved!!) but I didn’t know what to do with myself so I just ate a cup of pretzels and hummus for breakfast and watched Hazbin Hotel all morning… that plus waking up at 5 am and I’m wondering why I feel like shit

Hey guys. I’ve been in a really bad place mentally lately, and I couldn’t calm down from panic this morning and ended up in the ER. After two hours I got to go home, but there will be more doctor’s tomorrow. I spent all from the morning all through the afternoon crying uncontrollably, it was a truly terrible and painful experience, but I’m hopeful that tomorrow will be better. Some day I hope I can find the help I need. We’re not gonna stop trying. 
          
          I know I probably didn’t need to say all this, but in case you wanna know how author is doing… I just wanted to tell it to someone. Take care everyone. Wish me luck at the doctor. <3

I’m at wondercon!!! The first day is already done, I got a pin and a charm, nothing *too* expensive thankfully. I shoveled down my dinner like I hadn’t eaten in ages, and now I’m at the hotel. I even remembered to take my nighttime meds even though I’m not at home, who’s proud of me? Anyway, it’s supposed to rain tonight. I brought my plushies. :)
          
          Super excited for tomorrow!!
