Hello and welcome . . . drum-roll please!

I'm British, which means:
I drink copious amounts of tea;
Conform to different spellings and always sigh when I see bad grammar;
Shy away from the sun and welcome overcast days (like, what is this light that I'm seeing? Arrgh, it's burning my eyes!);
And play Monopoly like it's going out of fashion.

My favourite genres are historical fiction and romance so that's what'll be popping up on this account mostly - if I could have three wishes I'd be able to speak all the romance languages and live in the Mediterranean for the rest of my life, doing nothing but writing.
