Pretentious Overthinker

I've been lazy and not writing when I should, I apologise. I don't really have anything stopping me. I just don't due to a pretty bad work ethic and lack of motivation sometimes.

Just want to make an update that I am still steadily working on chapter 80 of No More Heroes. I don't have an estimated date on when I'll finish it, seeing as I'm lazy and taking a lot of time in between writing to avoid getting burnt out, but I am motivated and energised. I'd say the chapter is well over halfway finished. 
          
          In short, I'm not on a hiatus, rest assured. Thank you for your continued support.

After over a month, chapter 79 of No More Heroes has finally been published! Apologies for how long it took. I hope chapter 80 won't take as long. I hope you all enjoy it and tell me your thoughts!

Chapter 79 is currently in the works. Apologies for the wait. I am working diligently on it each day. Once I start a chapter, I usually try to be as consistent as I can each day until it concludes and is the best it can be. Rinse and repeat.

I want to keep writing interesting, beautiful stories that I find fun with my heart behind it. I won't rush out anything or compromise the story for the sake of speeding up the story to get to hype moments. On the Discord, I wrote a New Year's statement for the future of NMH and I'd like to write a minimum of 10 chapters this year and make as much progress into the third arc and hopefully even finish it and start on the fourth. 
          
          In the Discord, I even revealed a list of things and hints that elude into the future of the story, what readers may see in this year, or generally in the future of this arc.

Apologies for taking quite a bit, but chapter 78 of NMH has finally been published! The chapter came out faster and didn't take as long as the previous one and I am extremely proud of how this turned out. I was extremely motivated, but by the latter end of the chapter, I was experiencing a lot of setbacks and delays back to back, so what took 2 days ended up taking me over a week, I'd say. Anyhow, this'll be the last chapter of the year and I hope you all enjoy, so I'm glad I managed to get this out! I hope 2024 will be a good year for NMH.

Apologies for taking so long! Chapter 77 of NMH has finally been published! At least it only took a few months and before the end of the year. I hope you all enjoy the chapter and the continuation of the story! I look forward to all of your thoughts! Hopefully, the next one shouldn't take as long as it is mostly planned out.

It's always shocking to me when despite I haven't updated in a bit, my story explodes in reads. It's nice to see that new readers are getting into the story despite the number of chapters, though I guess people love the fact that they have a lot to read until they catch up. It's fun making the dialogue extremely layered, elegant, and complex while it is also fun, interesting, and easy to grasp without having to know all of the words. If you manage this, then you succeed.
