@Kdivafton13 I usually try to use metaphoric expressions when I'm doing a detail. It gives it more of a creative expression and fun to read. How about there's nothing wrong with too much detail and there's also nothing wrong with writing little detail. I usually have a hard time when it comes to writing too much detail. Because no one wants to listen to what everything is going on in the story. I usually focus more on what's happening Now and Then I bring it up later after a couple dialogue. But then again, a lot of people like detail. It's what makes your story pop out! So I highly doubt your writing is anything boring.
