People see being vunerable as a weakness. This is false. Being vunerable means your open to emotion. When others would back down and hide, you stand. You don't block out the bad, making you in everyway possible, stronger than anyone else.

People who plaster smiles on at day but nightmares at night.

Don't be afraid to stand out. 

Don't be afraid to cry.

Know that everything will be alright if you seek help.
