EUGHGGHHGGH, i have the same problem with Pavlova cookie rn. Game gave me awakened pure vanilla on a single pull  on their freaking gacha.
          
          i have spent 10k gems and waht 20 -30 cookie cutters on Pavlova's gacha...i got him 1 time and just a bunch of soulstones

          In two days i got pitaya 2x. Crimson coral, White lilly,Frost Queen(ON a single pull), Fire spirit, Oyster. And a bunch of epics even on single pulls.
          
          And i mostly used the special gacha for Agar agar cookie..i got her only once this day and i usedd the gacha atleast 10 times today.

Uhhhh so i met this Cosmo that had the display user L0V3R or something.
          
          It was a death run btw so the rules are: that you can grief eachother until one is last standing, the one that is last is the one who wins.(I made it clear at start that the point of a death run is griefing eachother.) And i did it again bc someone didn't notice the first message of the rules i sent.
          
          Basically i started griefing the others, the Cosmo that was L0V3R (i'm not targeting main users of Cosmo) began telling me to stop, so i decided to simply explain it for the third time. The Cosmo said "i don't care" and such things. Then i asked  why they joined then and why they're still here. They answered with  "Bc i didn't know the rules" , "i wanna be here" and of course". I became confused they said that despite me explaining at the start so i said to where i mentioned i did at the start, perhaps they didn't know? Nah. i think they knew. So then they said "you didn't mention it in the lobby." 
          
          ...
          
          i know that was stupid of me but then i tried to recomend just leaving and joining a run they would actually enjoy and participate or that you can just go along with the rules now. Didn't really work. And so we went back and forth, until they died and left. Btw they said "i'm goona leave this stinky mess" ..Like ???
