Two apps i’ve found are very helpful (you might have already heard of them) PicCollage and Pinterest.
Pinterest for the individual pics and PicCollage to put them into one.
They’re free to use without premium (which is a rip-off) and of very good quality.

@Queen_OfThe_Nerds they’re free, you can find good stuff and they’re easy to use. That's about it.
@HowlingMadMayhem I do use both of them and do love the fact they are easy to use and quite useful when writing stories I did use PicCollage to create the outfits in one of my books What do you like about them?
