The reason I list authors I enjoy reading is because I tend to write using their works as inspiration and those genres as a basis. By extension, my own work may share similarities with the works of those authors, including magic, darker tones, fantasy worlds, etc. If you enjoy those kinds of novels/ideas, then perhaps you may enjoy what I have written.
