Hi you probably won't care about this but I'm really glad I found your psych ward book because I am interested in other peoples experiences in mental health wards. I myself was checked into a lock up mental health ward for three weeks because I attempted suicide and it was a struggle for me because I was forced to socialize with the others and I have extreme social anxiety. Thank you for writing about your experience you are extremely brave to do so.
