I need help, i love my partner (to a degree)  but im on the aroace spectrum and they do know this, but i feel bad because i feel like i cant reciprocate it and i feel really weirded out by all the affection given by them, and i genuinely just dont know what to do. Im debating on ending the relationship but im not sure, please someone give me advice

@St0ry_T311er but the thing is, i told them that i get overwhelmed and overstimulated by too much physical contact before we got together because theyve always been clingy but they keep overstepping it and i keep mentioning it but they keep doing it.
