The meteorologists are calling it "Hell on Earth" - the east coast heat wave has just hit and it's only going to get hotter! But I hear there are blizzards in the USA - so wherever you are take care! I'm going to spend the weekend in the air conditioning reading and playing DnD!

Hey everyone! Just wanted to share a few shows I'm obsessed with right now. I just finished Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, the BBC adaption of the novel by Susanna Clarke. It's all gothic, magic, action and mystery - now I need to read the original novel!

I also just started watching the SyFy show Wynnona Earp - if you love smart talking women killing demons with a gun and a mysterious cowboy, you will love this show as much as I do. I am binging on it so much!

Hope you are all having a good start to the new year! Tell me what show or book you're binging on in the comments below!

@Sam_Castle I have to check out Wynnona Earp. I've heard good things about a tv show called The Preacher, though yet to see it. I have read a few of your stories now, fabulous, thanks for sharing.

@Sam_Castle I haven't read anything else by him other than Horns, but I'm definitely going to. I'll start with 20th Century Ghosts. ;) I like them both. King wrote some of my favorites. I still haven't found anything as good as Pet Sematary.

@Pixee_Styx i just read Horns recently and loved it! My favourite of his so far is 20th Century Ghosts but the rest of his books are on my TBR pile :) Have you read The Fireman? It was really interesting. Haha, yes and though I love Stephen King's writing...I actually prefer Joe Hill! :)
