It's crazy to think that I started this writing journey EIGHT years ago. I was fifteen and finishing my sophomore year of high school. I didn't know how to drive, I'd never had a boyfriend, and I had never left home. I was having a rough time and I loved having complete control over the world of the characters I had created. Now I have these 4 crazy, amazing, wonderful and difficult years of college under my belt and two years of maturing postgrad, I'm growing in my life as a real adult and I am looking back at this story I started when I was this completely different girl. Things may be even more rough now than they were when I was fifteen, but I have become so much more comfortable with myself and how to deal with the troubles I face that I don't need to rely on hiding myself in this world of words. 

That being said, I am looking back at this story that fifteen-year-old Sara started, and I want to do something for that girl. Not only is it on my bucket list to write a full novel, but I feel like I owe it to her to finish the words that sheltered this past me. But, sorry Sara, I've got to make some changes. Your grammar was iffy and some parts just have to go. This story is going to have a major facelift.

I don't know how often I will update this story, but I will. And I'll keep the old parts up, starting anew from a new chapter or from a whole new story. But first things first... that darn cover needs to go. I'll work on that.

While I have been on this few year hiatus from storytelling, I have come to completely adore art. I graduated from school to be a high school history teacher, but drawing and art will forever be a part of who I am. My love for swimming hasn't changed, as I was a happy collegiate swimmer, and Disney is still a huge part of my life. My gremlin dog, Archy, still lovingly causes trouble every day, and my family and friends are the best parts of every day. I also got a lizard named Linguini and some fish, so that's new!
