@Sassyriyuu exactly what i've been goin thru over years,not healthy,ik~but what to do?nothing works,accord to internet environment set up,balanced diet,yoga these do work..never gave em a try~just got used to the misery y could say~but y can give em a try~i did try lil things tho,but dinn work be it my insomnia,be it the hypersomnia~nothing never worked,neither the warm milk nor the caffeine,but yeah i do think yoga m8 help..y can try dat out~
