Things going well?
So while you’re working on flesh and steel, what ideas did you have for blood and oil so far? I’m not saying now but in the future since you’re working on flesh and metal.
This hasn't ever happened to me before, but as I'm writing this next chapter I've started tearing up. I hope this hits you guys as hard reading this, as it did me writing this.

“Casey, and since we’re introducing ourselves, how ‘bout you go next?” Casey puts his hands in his pockets. “Oh, and tell me two interesting facts about you.”
“Uzi!” Uzi yells, crossing her arms. “Better than Casey, Casey sounds stupid.”
Casey leans his back against a nearby wall. “Uh-huh, and you were named after a gun. Which is better to you?”

just released the first chapter of the new fanfic "Flesh And Steel". Keep in mind that chapter is a test chapter and will probably be re-written in the near future :)
@Randolph1205 that first chapter is probably going to be re-written and replaced with a proper prologue, so don’t worry about that just yet. Just let me cook.
Status report if you please
So far, almost 8 pages into the first chapter of the new fanfic. And this chapter is only a test chapter and may be changed later.
So I've already started writing for the new book and the first chapter is already like five pages long, and I'm not even close to being finished. This is going to be a long ahh chapter.
Don’t worry, take all the time you need….oh and did you see the link I sent? If you did, what do ya think it for the the story, the original of course
So once you finish this version, will the protagonist of the rewrite actually be named Casey Antonio?
To be honest I kinda see Y/N in the story be like evil ryu from Street fighter 4 once he unlocks the satui no hado, because he has a lot of rage within him and is very aggressive, I see his appearance to be like a darker skin tone, hair raises up and a bit of a red tone, black sclera and glowing red iris, clothes a bit tattered and darker, and a blood red aura flaring around him. What do you think of it, but if you don’t know about evil ryu you can just look it up on YouTube, but let me know on your opinion

Don't worry, if you're thinking I'm suddenly discontinuing, it's not that.
I like to try and be completely honest with my readers which is why I'm telling you all this.
Blood & Oil, my fanfic is not structured well at all. There are so many plot holes because this is a "rough draft". I wanted to write this for fun and know it's honestly become something I'm passionate about, which is why after I finish writing Blood & Oil I am going to re-write it and make it better, so much better than it is now.
I feel like the story is confusing and doesn't make sense, I like when my stories make sense, and this one to me at least doesn't.
When I re-write Blood & Oil I want the new one to be independent from the current one.
What I mean by that is the new book won't be a reader insert, it will follow a protagonist, not just the reader.
I don't want the new one to be rushed like the current one is, I will continue to write for this one while writing for the new one. Which means updates for the current one will be slower.
Like I said earlier I want to be honest with my readers and this is how I feel. The reader insert will always be up to read once finished.
Hope ya'll understand where I'm coming from and hopefully I explained it well for you guys
