Why hello there? Nosy one, ain't cha? No worries, I love to talk. I call myself Seefus, and I write as a hobby. Sorry in advance if I don't keep a consistent schedule- life is crazy, y'know?
As for my writing itself, I built my writing and storytelling styles off of my two favorite pieces of media: Total Drama Island and the Mother trilogy. Yikes, that was cringier to write than I thought it would be. Digression over, I enjoyed the positive and quirky idiosyncrasies of the Mother games and I really enjoyed the vignette presentation of Total Drama Island, which i understand was the intent given that the show imitated reality television, but since I really enjoy TDI's diverse cast of characters, I'm more a fan of it. A third piece of media which I not only highly recommend, but take inspiration from, is Going Bovine by Libba Bray. I really, really, REALLY love that book. I'm not the type to throw must-read around a lot, but Going Bovine definitely deserves such praise.
My start in writing began in summer of 2017, where I wrote cheerful episodes of a vlog series, with the nuance that the only character of mine was the main character, every other character, I borrowed and wrote into the episodes (With the original creator's permission, of course) Amino users were clamoring to get there characters into the stories, which were getting featured, one after the other, since I made heavy use of the curators' and leaders' characters. Fun times... Until the staff changed, got way more rulesey, and made everything so unfun that myself and some other friends led an egg-themed rebellion, then leaving so the leaders didn't get the satisfaction to ban us themselves.
Oh wait, I never even told the type of stories I write! Whoops. But hey, thanks for sticking around to find out. My stories have cheerful tones, which help to balance out the dark parts of each world, which I think is a pretty effective translaton of our own world. Also, I don't write much romance, sorry. Bye!
