Hihi! So, another Scratcher joined, and they’d like to get to know the tribes a bit more before entering an oc. One of the main questions asked was ‘ Are they just sub-tribes, or do the dragons from each one have different abilities?’, and idk how to answer that without knowing what you think, so, what do you say?
