          Can hanahaki disease can be possible if the patient knows they're love one doesn't love them, even tho they didn't confess?
          
          if you don't know what Hanahaki Disease is, I'll tell you
          
          Hanahaki disease is a disease where the paitent coughs up blood and Flowepetals (Even Flowers) it will only possible if their love one rejected they're Feelings. their 2 ways to get cured
          
          1. is they're love one returnbed thy're feelings.
          
          2. is through surgery, but theres a catch, it will remove your feeling along with the petals.
