Toko theory (based off a convo i had with @pampamkazam ):
          
          This theory basically is Toko not really loving Byakuya.
          
          The evidence from Danganronpa is:
          "Women in love are the most beautiful" Toko says this when Komaru questions her about Togami, despite constantly calling herself ugly, meaning she is not in love.
          Evidence from Danganronpa UDG that Toko is not straight:
          When Masaru says 'Weiners' Toko is revolted and is evidently greatly disgusted, in the next chapter, she describes Junko's boobs a lot.

          Now here's the theory as to how she is not actually in love with Togami:
          Toko writes romance novels so it is very likely she wants a romance like that. She (like most people) sees herself as the main character, and who does the main character fall in love with? The 'perfect man'. Togami fits the description of said 'perfecr man' blonde hair, blue eyes, tall, rich etc. So it makes sense why Toko would feel like she should be with him. Growing up/living in a heteronormative place like Japan (where gay marriage still isn't legal) it is understandable that she thinks she is straight/in love with Togami. This would also explain Syo/Jack/Jills repetive metions of "girl on girl action" (in both THH and when Komaru hugs her) because while Genocider is straight (or bi, due to her general distain towards men in trial 2) Toko is not and they share emotions but not memories causing Genocider to state things Toko feels without understanding the context.
