Hi everyone!
As you may have seen, I posted the first chapter of a new fic - Those Glory Days - on Monday. I'm really excited to share more of it with you! I want to keep the main premise secret for as long as possible - the only other person who knows quite where the plot is going is @Quackquackbi... I think it's quite unpredictable and I'm really looking forward to taking you all on that wild ride!
It takes place in the Starlight AU, set in the time between the final chapter and the epilogue. I've been thinking a lot about the ~implications~ of how things were left in that story - I'm happy with how Henry and Robbie's story was left, so I didn't want to write a direct sequel, but I wanted to look into how the other characters would cope in that situation. So, while Henry and Robbie will absolutely appear in this fic, it isn't a sequel to their story, nor are they my focus - Bill is!
He's an incredible character and I couldn't give him the love and attention he deserves in my first fic. He's got SO much going on and I love writing about him.
I'm hoping to upload chapters once a week, each Monday. Don't hold me to that though - if you read Starlight as I was still uploading it, you'll know that I'm not the strictest when it comes to schedules. Oops.
Talking of @Quackquackbi, I'd like to take the opportunity to recommend their Ted Foster AU - I've spoken about it before and it is SO good. Ash took it down for a little while but I'm very happy that they're putting it BACK UP where it belongs! It deserves all your comments, votes, and love, so please go and restore its stats to their former (and very well-deserved) glory.

@WHITEMANS4 Well thank you! I'm absolutely happy with my number of followers - they're all fantastic and I cherish them all. I've only got the one fic, and I'm honestly just thrilled that it brought some happiness to any people at all! I *have* been writing some more, though, so we'll see what happens...

I just accidentally published the latest Starlight chapter way before it was finished... oops! If you received a notification for it but can't see a new chapter, that's why. Won't be long before it's released for real though!

When Starlight is finished I’d definitely like to write more Hatchetfield stuff - don’t want to give too much away but 1) Ted *might* be referred to or have a small cameo before it’s done and 2) I’d quite like to write some more stories that exist within that same story universe, some of which could absolutely centre on him!
Out of interest did you mean a Ted/OC fic specifically? I don’t have a concrete idea of what I’ll be doing next but would love to know what kind of thing people like!
