I learned that it is better to be happy then to be sad. I knw it is easy to just shut everything out nd be sad but no matter what is happening there is someone to help you through it.
I choose to be happy.
I throw away the pain and just laugh.
Stuff happens and it sucks but put a Smile on and it will spread. A smile is can brighten anyone's day.
