I am Sir Velveteen. A humble rabbit-man with an obsession for all things barbecue. Spareribs, grilled chicken, steak and sometimes the tender smoked pork tenderloin. You may find me a bit crass, big eyed and bushy-tailed. Even so, at other times I can be just as sneaky; as we rabbits are. Most importantly I've got a lovely spine and happily accept feedback from anything I post here.
