New book idea I'll be adding to my ideas book!
          
          In a world where every now and then people are gifted the ability to see the history of the things around them when they close their eyes. Nobody knows about them except the government and the people with the ability. The government has started using them as involuntary detectives. Placing them in locations of unsolvable crimes in hopes that they might catch a glimpse of the criminal and report it. 
          
          Clor (or whatever you want to call her) was gifted a farm to live on with her father. Unbeknownst to her it is the location of a murder that happened two months ago. Clor has always had the ability to see the history of anything she is around when she closes her eyes, but she doesn't entirely understand it and has never told anyone. When she moves into the house she immediately starts seeing violent images every night when she tries to sleep. She has resulted to sleeping outside, near (or inside) the horse pen. 
          
          In order to get her to report the crime she's seeing the government has bribed the neighbor farm to pester her about seeing anything strange. Clor avoids them at all cost but has an unfortunate crush on their son. If she sleeps near enough to their farm sometimes she is able to see him in her images and has developed feelings for him without ever talking to him.
