Hey! It's been a long time, but I'm back. I appreciate the well wishes on my last post. Anyway, I can't promise fast/consistent updates bc I'm still figuring out life with a baby, but I'm going to work on book 2 when I can! I've missed writing and missed y'all. Thanks for still being here. ❤️

If you haven't noticed, I've been off here for awhile. I've had some major life changes recently (a traumatic birth, an extremely fussy newborn, postpartum depression) and haven't had time to do much of anything. Not sure when or if I'll keep writing, but I promise to try once I adjust to a new routine. Thank you for your patience, love y'all. ❤️

On a lighter note, I'm (hopefully) posting the intro of the second book soon. Been trying to figure out how/where to start and pacing of the plot and all of that fun stuff. Love y'all, thank you for your patience. ❤️

If you write fanfiction, PLEASE COME UP WITH YOUR OWN IDEAS! It's super disheartening to see the fics that my bestie @HeartFactory and I put so much hard work into have entire scenes be blatantly copied. I'm always happy to support new writers and won't put anyone on blast, but damn.

Hey, everyone! Just wanted to hop on and say thank you for all of the support on the Ruby series so far. Book 1 is now complete. I'm nervous about how you guys will respond to the sequel, but I do hope you'll enjoy it just as much as the first. My life has changed a lot over the past few months and I'm still trying to get back into a routine with my writing, but most of the book is planned out so I will update as soon as I can. any idea when the next update will be out?

Hey guys!! Just want to say (again) that I'm sorry for the long wait for an update. I left it on a cliffhanger because I thought I'd be able to update pretty fast, but for whatever reason this chapter is SO hard to write. Life also happened. I've been out of state for awhile, work has been absolutely crazy, and I'm 8 weeks pregnant with my rainbow bb so I'm constantly exhausted. I will finish the book and write the sequel I've been excited about, so don't worry about me giving up on the series because I could never allow that, lol. I just want it to be decent before I publish since we're coming up on the ending now. Stay with me a little longer, please and thank you. ❤️

I changed my mind- please don't actually kick my a$$ if I don't update this week lmao. I just want the ending of this book to be good (or DECENT at least) and right now my writing is completely unorganized trash... I've been super sick and exhausted, but hopefully the next few weeks will be better. Trying my best. Thank you for understanding. ❤️
