OK I have a question... What is a writers block?

So I am not doing a fanfic just a regular story.

You are welcome I love your books! To be honset I like evryones books because i Really like Yu-Gi-Oh. Yeah anyway I have been debating writing a fanfic but idk how to start it. So I am open for suggestions.
