“May I have this next dance please?” He interrupted, coming to a stop beside the two.
Kieran knew it would be a matter of minutes before Susanoo showed his face. He just hadn’t counted on him being there so soon, even less right as he danced with Leylah. For a second, he thought he’d screwed up everything. But from the looks of it, the idiot did not recognize him at all, so his cover was safe.
Masking his disappointment, Kieran kissed Laylah’s hand, “Lovely to have danced with you.” With a wink, Kieran took his leave and assumed a position out of the way, in a place where he would still be able to keep an eye on the two.
“Enjoying yourself?” Susanoo asked, enduring the torture of dancing, it was never his favorite thing to do, but for his plans, he would push through it.
