The brief wondrous life of Oscar Wao '' by Junot Diaz. Even though I finished reading the book, it's always on my nightstand. I started this book because I wanted to read something different. I have always been into fantasy genres from the library but after being introduced to this book by my ELA teacher in high school, I had to give it a try, and immediately I was in love. "The brief wondrous life of Oscar Wao made me go through all the emotions. It made me laugh, dejected and furious.
  I was born and raised in Haiti until my mother wanted me to move to the U.S with her when I was 9 years old. Ever since I started school here, I find reading helps me improve learning English much faster than my ESL teachers expected. By the age of 12, I began to write my own stories. I had a load of ideas to write about. My first book was called "Moonlight wolf." Great memories.
 One of my long-term goals is to graduate college with a psychology major. I want to be a therapist. Learning about the human mind and its human behavior and mental processes has always been something that's been in the back of my mind. So I figured why not study it to help myself and others around me.
