Remember, you are very pretty, beautiful, gorgeous, stunning, cute, breath-taking and handsome asf. Even though some you dont think that you are, remember there is always one thing that is beautiful about yourself and its your heart <3 Dont starve yourself make sure to eat, drink water and set aside time to rest some of you people are super busy even all day that you dont have much time to rest but take that little time to sleep, relax and do what you want to do. Remember to stand up every 15-25 minutes if you are sitting down probably on your device, doing homework, studying or other things. If you think no one cares about you think again! there is atleast one person in the world who cares about you, and if there is really no one then I'll be that one person❤❤✨
