Hey I'm Marilyn 👋🏽 I'm the artist behind PaintedFeathers. 🌵I'm an Arizona girl living on a ranch in colorful Colorado🌲. Married to the hardest working cowboy I know, with three beautiful kids. We raise bucking bulls and beef cattle. We also have horses, chickens, pigs, rabbits, turkeys, ducks, dogs, cats, peacocks, guineas, and goats are next if my youngest has anything to do with it! 😂 . Some of my favorite things are my horses🐎 all six of them. Books📚 I'll read any type from classics to YA. Thunderstorms ☁️⚡️watching them is mesmerizing. The desert 🌵I love it's unique beauty and amazing sunsets. All things Irish🍀 including my husband lol that's my dream trip. Someday I'll see Ireland, Scotland and England!🇮🇪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇬🇧 A warm fire🔥 so comforting. Wine🍷 local is best 😊 Lipsense 👄 so fun! Roses🌹I adore them all but purple are my favorite 💜 Indian food🥗 and Himalayan. Yum! Moon and stargazing ✨🌙✨ Growing and drying my own herbs 🌱 Music 🎼 all types. Coffee ☕️ black! Jewelry 💍 I love it all but turquoise has my 💙 Walking in the woods🌲especially with my kids. Watching new calves play 🐮 so adorable. And of course painting 🎨. I never planned on painting feathers exclusively, but that seems to be my niche. I still do some canvas, skulls, dreamcatchers, and painted leatherwork though. I enjoy it as a creative outlet and find it to be almost meditative. Im happiest when I'm caught up on orders and can create something new ✨
