Gallagher grew up in North Carolina, with his dad after his mom died at birth. His step-mom was an abusive bitch, who didn't really love Gallagher. When Gallagher was 8, he went to New York, there: he saw the twin towers get hit by the airplanes. Luckily: his dad, who was at Mogadishu in 1993, noticed what was happening, and saved Gallagher. He later went to serve in Afghanistan and Iraq. He came home, divorced Gallagher's stepmom, and happily lived by himself with his son. Gallagher grew up a very intelligent and mentally stable kid. Helping his dad overcome his PTSD, and going on to serve in the Belarusian-Ukranian war, along with the absorption of Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Later, he joined ISA, and right before the Japanese invaded, transferred to the US Coast Guard's TACLET. (Tactical Law Enforcement Teams.) Currently, he resides in Seattle, Washington. Acting as a peacekeeper. Nobody has ever seen Gallagher's face, but he does have a condition called: "Resting Death Stare Face." (RDSF.), but that's it for Gallagher. An immortal 50 year old serving in TACLET.

One left out thing is... During a submarine catching operation, a hatch shut on Gallagher's left arm. Later on, he had it replaced by a robotic arm. This arm has improved his skills with a sniper, and in combat overall. Although it's pretty obvious since he doesn't hide it, it's noticeable that the incident where he lost his arm did cause him a bit of trauma.*
