@Zammi_simp Oh really? If it's stomach cramps then drink warm water and if it's body cramps (like leg, arms,etc) use some pain relief ornaments. Make sure you take care of yourself too eat delicious and healthy foods keep yourself warm since winter is coming soon and not stressing up .
