I feel so bad because I haven’t updated/worked on my fanfic The Gathering Storm in like a year. I’ve had terrible writers block and my job just causes me to be so exhausted. I still want to work on it and finish it some day though. I’m not abandoning it. 
          
          Thank you to everyone who continues to ad it to their reading lists, read it, and voting for it. I really appreciate it. ❤️

My fanfic The Gathering Storm is now #10 on the thorinoakenshield tag. That is the highest it’s been for that tag. It was previously #12 on the tag back in February. Then it was previously #1 on the dwarf tag early in the year and #8 on the Thorin tag early in the ear, but hasn’t gotten as close to those two numbers since. 
          
          I’d just like to thank everyone who had been reading my fanfic, voting for it, adding it to their reading lists, and commenting on it. I really appreciate it. Please keep it up. <3 :)
          
          I also want to apologize for not working on the fanfic/not updating it since March of this year. I got a pretty bad case of writer’s block and have to figure out some stuff. I also have been super busy and exhausted from my job. My work is understaffed and overworked. I’m always super tired by the time I get home and don’t feel like doing anything. I do want to work on it some day and I’m not abandoning it. 
          
          I also, might try and figure out how turn my fanfic into an original story/my own novel one day. Like keep the enemies to lovers/forbidden lovers/ love story background and my own original characters, but get rid of all of Tolkien’s characters to make it my own original work. Then just change the rest adventure plot. For maybe one day I could become a published author. That is my ultimate dream. I’m still not sure how I’d do that, because making your own world building is hard lol. But, I love writing and would love to one day write my own original work. 

Hi, to my fans and readers to my fanfic The Gathering Storm I want to apologize again for not updating the fanfic yet. With work I have just been so busy and then tired once I get home, that I haven’t really had much time to write. I’m not abandoning the story though. I will continue it on eventually. I just don’t know when. Sorry again. It’s been months. 
          
          I want to thank everyone for adding my fanfic to their reading lists, reading my fanfic, liking/voting for it, and commenting on it. And my other stories also. Thank you. I really appreciate it.

          I wanted to apologize once again to my readers of my story The Gathering Storm for not yet updating the story. I’m still getting use to working at my new job. I’ve just been so tired and exhausted after I get off work, that I don’t want to do anything. So, I still haven’t began to write the next chapters yet. 
          
          Don’t worry though, I’m not giving up on The Gathering Storm or abandoning it again. It won’t be another year etc before I update it. I just need to get settled and use to my new job. I want to work on writing my story and such soon. I hope I will.

Hi, y’all. I want to apologize again to my readers of my story The Gathering Storm. I’m sorry that I haven’t worked on the next chapters since the beginning of March. I’ve just been super busy with my new job and so tired after work, that I’ve just been reading lately. I do plan on working on it at some point. Again, I’m sorry that everyone is waiting for the next chapter. I’m not abandoning it. I love Taryn, Thorin, and their love story.

I’m so exhausted after work that I never feel like writing, but I know I need to continue writing it. I’m so close to the worse part of the Dragon Sickness and the battle of the five armies scenes. My rankings for the tags also went back down again, which makes me sad. But my read numbers and vote numbers are continuing to go up.
